Sure, it would make sense to increase your dose if there is no medical reason for you to avoid taking more than 200mg. If your doctor has already told you could take more if necessary, there’s no need to wait. If not, you should in principle discuss any changes with your doctor before taking action.
I think that under 4 is probably too low but what matters is that 6 is too high. Coming from 10.3, it is very encouraging however. Congrats!
